Small Talk Nurseries is a privately owned Ofsted registered day nursery committed to provide the highest quality day care and Early Year’s education for babies from 6 weeks to children aged 5 years. As well as having an after school club for children aged up to and including 15 years.

We provide the environment and the practitioners to offer your child with as many opportunities as possible to enable them to develop. Every child is welcome and special at our nurseries, no matter what their health, gender, culture or circumstances, and we will work together with the parents or guardians of the child to provide the activities and attention that they to develop to their best potential. The nursery atmosphere is loving, friendly and happy. Children at the nursery learn through practical means such as play and action as well as being around practitioners who are polite, considerate and respectful to each other and children respectively.

Our Meals

We offer balanced, nutritional and healthy meals throughout the week prepared freshly onsite. Our menus include:

Quality Childcare

Small Talk Nurseries has been established since June 2010 and has achieved excellence in trading standards. We have developed great relations with the children that attend the setting and their parents and guardians. We have also made great links with the nearby schools and promote integration/transfer with these schools. We are a member of the National Day Nurseries Association (NDNA) who promotes quality in early years. We have implemented robust systems to ensure the health and safety of every child is paramount.

We Accept Childcare Funding

We offer free funded places for eligible 2 year olds, 30 hours, minimum session requirement is either 2 full days or 3 half days, we accept payment via childcare vouchers, Tax free childcare.

Our Pricing

We believe in simplicity and therefore have made our pricing very simple. You just need to decide whether you want your child to be coming to the nursery full time or part-time. If you require part-time you can choose from morning sessions or afternoon sessions or even full days. If you need just the after school club then that option is available too. Please see the pricing chart below. All prices displayed are per day or per session.

**Please Note**

Children over 3 years old will be eligible for the Nursery Education Funding and will receive up to 15 hours free childcare per week dependent on the number of hours they attend the nursery and completed paperwork**. I highly recommend small talk nurseries. Very friendly and experienced staff. My daughter started attending this nursery at the age of two. She didn't talk much and didn't like to play with other children, so she sat alone and played. After a few weeks of nursery, she not only began to communicate much more, but began to love the attention of other children. The nursery has its own app, where during the day you will receive the messages of what your child has been eating and how many times he had a diaper changed. Photos and videos of children's activities are also uploaded there. In other words, paradise for my eyes at a time when I must be at work. Try it, you won't regret it.

If anyones looking for a nursery in Brierley Hill then i would 100% recommend Small Talk. My daughter started here a week ago and already the difference in her is unreal. Her confidence and communication among other things have come on leaps and bounds in the space of 5 days. Every single staff member is polite, welcoming and incredibly good at their job. Management are refreshingly willing to help with any issues and really include you in what your child is doing while they’re in their setting and away from you. My daughter is so happy when i go to pick her up. Best nursery in the area by far!
